Students who feel supported prepare better and recommend us to friends. You reach out to new sign-ups across all our brands, check in during their preparation and make sure no question goes unanswered. You also support the founders with day-to-day organisation.
What you will do
- Reach out to new sign-ups by email, chat or voice message and help them get started
- Check in with students after their first week and first month
- Answer support requests across all brands and follow up on open ones
- Collect feedback and pass recurring issues to the product team
- Support the founders with scheduling and organisational tasks
What we are looking for
- Clear and friendly written and spoken communication
- Fluent German and English (C1)
- Organised, reliable and able to work independently
- Experience in customer support, tutoring or a similar role is a plus
